    Hi everyone. Great spot, love everything!

    I purchased a phone for my wife (she ran over her old one!) from ebay and I'd like to find out how I can program her number into it. I understand there are service area codes and such, but can anyone tell me if this can be done without going to the Verizon store? Can I just call and they'll do it for free? Or will Verizon do it free at the store. I already pay them too much as it is...

    make sure old phone off. dial *228 enter number and security code at propts wait for phone to reboot it now that number
