LG VX8300: Flix messages longer than 15 seconds?

    Is there a way for me to be able to send FLIX messages longer than 15 seconds? last night someone sent me a FLIX message 21 seconds long, but when i was going to send it to a friend of mine i got the "message size exceeded" error. how come the message is small enough for me to receive but too large to send?

    my friend sent me the video from an LG chocolate and i have a VX8300, both verizon.

    i read something online about the "OK button / 0 / 000000 / i forgot the rest" to get to the services menu, but then the directions differed from my phone (they said to hit the asterix key, but that was not an option shortcut). is there something for the vx8300?
